Use Denicola's Gourmet Gumbo Mix as your base! Gone are the days of standing over a Roux hoping it doesn't burn, yet trying to get that rich, dark favorful color! Simply add our mix to water and let it cook for awhile, then add your seafood!
It doesn't get much easier than that...hmmm I think we'll put on a pot this afternoon in the test kitchen!
